Core Design provided surveying, engineering, planning and landscape architecture services to design a 1.26 acre public park. In collaboration with City of Mill Creek and the Parks & Recreation Board, Core Design facilitated a public engagement process to create a park masterplan and construction documents. As a result of community input, the park includes open lawn areas, landscape, play structures, a public restroom and plaza area, a bocce court, a hand-ball court, picnic facilities and walking trails. Milbrandt Architects designed the shelter/restroom facilities. The park opened in April 2015.
