Core Design provided site planning, engineering design and landscape architectural services for the 12.5 acre site located in the Issaquah Highlands. The project is situated on a westerly facing hill, which allows for stunning territorial and city views for the residents of the 87 lot neighborhood. Community open spaces, play areas, parks and trails invigorate the neighborhood, and provide connectivity to other areas within the master planned community.
