Bio
Ken, a Principal at Core Design for nearly two decades, began his survey career during his formative years, working summers alongside his father - a Washington licensed surveyor. His journey culminated by attaining his Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Washington in 2002, with the added distinction of an honorable service record in the U.S. Navy.
His professional background includes a wealth of experience in surveying and project management, spanning in scale from individual lots to large, multi-phased master-planned communities such as Lipoma Firs in Pierce County. Ken possesses a strong foundation in collaborative work with architects, multi-disciplinary teams, school districts, and jurisdictions.
Beyond his role as a professional surveyor, Ken's leadership and strategic development skills are pivotal in overseeing the operations and growth of Core Design's southern Puget Sound office, located in Fircrest, Washington.
