Lafe Hermansen

Lafe, who has been a dedicated project manager at Core Design since 2000, brings over two decades of extensive experience, with a specialization in strategic planning, design, entitlement processes, and project management for residential, commercial, and public projects across Western Washington. His comprehensive portfolio includes the successful development of numerous residential communities throughout the state and notable contributions to the large-scale master-planned projects of Issaquah Highlands and Sammamish Town Center. 

In his role as the Chief Financial Officer of Core Design, Lafe skillfully leverages his acumen in leadership, management, and business development. Lafe is also an engaged and contributing member of local construction and community organizations, further solidifying his commitment to the industry and the community he serves.
